Abstract

Everyone’s business income varies, including income from oil palm plantations. These income differences are influenced by various factors. The objective of this study is to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of capital, land area, and price on the income of oil palm farmers in Tanjung Tayas Village. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sample consists of 80 farmers from Tanjung Tayas Village. The instruments used in this study are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results show that capital has a significant effect on the income of farmers in Tanjung Tayas Village, indicating that the better the capital owned, the higher the income obtained. Land area also has a significant effect on farmer income, showing that optimal utilization of land area leads to higher income. Furthermore, price significantly affects farmer income, meaning that the higher the selling price of fresh fruit bunches (FFB), the greater the income received by farmers. Capital, land area, and price simultaneously have a significant influence on the income of oil palm farmers in Tanjung Tayas Village.
