Abstract

this study aims to determine how effective BUMDes management is towards the economic welfare of the people of Taman Raja Village. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data in this study are sourced from primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation methods. The data analysis technique uses qualitative data analysis. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of BUMDes management has reached 75% in terms of timeliness, targets, and adjustments to the conditions of Kupa Village, which is quite effective but not optimal, because there are still several BUMDes Taman Raja business units that have not been running. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of BUMDes on the economic welfare of the community has been quite successful because there are already several people who have felt the benefits of BUMDes Taman Raja, although the benefits provided by BUMDes are still not evenly distributed, only limited to BUMDes members.
