Employee welfare is not only determined by income, but also by working conditions, social security, personal development, and social relations. The operational employees of PT. XYZ earn between IDR 2,300,000–2,800,000 per month, which is lower than similar companies in Jambi City. This condition highlights the importance of examining employee welfare comprehensively. The purpose of this study is to analyze the welfare of PT. XYZ employees from both material and non-material aspects, and to evaluate it through the maqashid sharia perspective of Jasser Auda. This research employed a qualitative approach using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, including data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, supported by methodological and source triangulation. The results show that materially, basic needs such as salary, facilities, and social security are provided, but remain insufficient, especially for employees with families. Non-materially, employees experience imbalance between work and personal life, psychological pressure, as well as communication and social barriers. The maqashid sharia analysis indicates that welfare is still narrowly perceived in economic terms, not achieved comprehensively, communication is not fully open, integration across dimensions is weak, and company policies are still focused mainly on material aspects. In conclusion, the welfare of PT. XYZ employees has not yet reached an ideal level, thus requiring a multidimensional approach that integrates material and non-material aspects in line with the values of maqashid sharia.
