PENGARUH LITERASI KEUANGAN, SIKAP KEUANGAN DAN KEMAMPUAN AKADEMIK TERHADAP PERILAKU PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN MAHASISWA(Studi Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN SulthanThaha Saifuddin Jambi)

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The research sample consisted of 96 students from the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. The research results show that financial literacy (X1) has a positive and significant effect on students' financial management behavior (Y) with a t-count value of 7.957 > ttable 1.661 and a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Financial attitudes (X2) also show a positive and significant influence on students' financial management behavior (Y) with a t-count value of 2.721 > t-table 1.661 and a Sig value of 0.008 < 0.05, which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Academic ability (X3) shows a positive and significant influence on student financial management behavior (Y) with a t-count value of 2.664 > t-table 1.661 and a Sig value of 0.009 < 0.05, which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Simultaneously the variables (X1), (X2), and (X3) influence (Y) with an F-count value of 56.780 > F-table 2.704.
